Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

We will process and ship most in stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. As our warehouse is centrally located it usually takes approximately 2-10 business days for your shipment to arrive. Most items are shipped in a flat box accompanied by assembly manuals which are included in the original package or can be downloaded from our website. The type of delivery will depend on the size and type of merchandise. In general, we offer 3 types of shipping services in the continental U.S.:

Standard Shipping

Small items are usually shipped via USPS or UPS to provide excellent service.

Larger items are shipped on a palette via common carrier truck service that provides the best service in your area. Please note that this is a drop off service and the customer is responsible for unpacking and completing any assembly that is necessary. Please honor your delivery appointment. In cases the courier cannot get a hold of you merchandise will be sent back to us. Any incurred expense would be deducted from your refund.

 

Local Delivery

For customers within the delivery zones of our facility, delivery will be made with our personnel offering curbside drop off. In-home installation and assembly is provided for additional cost. Our delivery department will contact you within to schedule an appointment.

White Glove Service

We offer white glove service and furniture assembly upon request. This is a paid service. Please, contact us for a cost estimate.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Upon delivery, you will be required to sign a form acknowledging receipt. Before you sign the paperwork please, CHECK FOR DAMAGE. Please, carefully INSPECT ALL BOXES, LOOK FOR ANY DAMAGE such as smashed corners, edges, rips, holes, missing straps, etc. Make sure to WRITE DOWN ANY SIGNS OF VISIBLE DAMAGE ON THE FORM BEFORE YOU SIGN the delivery papers (e.g., “Package with visible damage”

If you do not notate the form, the courier will not honor against damage incurred during transportation. If damage appears to be substantial (severe rip or hole, debris, etc.) please refuse the shipment entirely. After inspection of the package open it immediately. In case you find any visible damage, take pictures and together with a brief description send those to blackredwhite@room2bein.com. You are required to make this claim within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange

We want you love your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, return the unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note, you may return any item purchased except for items that have been used and/or items marked as “Special Offer” or “Clearance”.

Within 2-3 business days of sending an email to blackredwhite@room2bein.com requesting a return authorization, Purchaser will receive an email with the return shipping instructions for the merchandise. Please note, that you are responsible for all shipping and delivery charges to return the merchandise. Once the product is received and we confirm the condition of merchandise, refund will be issued minus any applicable damage and/or restocking fee. Refund will be issued back through the original form of payment. Returns may be subject to restocking fee of 25% if not returned in timely manner and/or not in original packaging.

In case you decided to cancel your order please call us immediately at 1-608-276-4410 or email us at blackredwhite@room2bein.com. Please note, we cannot guarantee canceling if your order has already shipped. Cancelled orders will be processed in the same manner as returns and will comply with our return policy.
